Current System Transition: Transitioning from a desktop application to a modern, web-based system.
New System Development: Utilizing the latest M365 tools, including SharePoint and Power Platform, to create a secure and user-friendly application.
Features & Functionality: The new system will offer web-based access through SharePoint, with automation for notifications and task tracking. It is role-based, ensuring users only see tasks relevant to their roles.
Data Synchronization: Integrating identity management with the staff’s Active Directory database.
Change Control: Collaborating with the Change Control Board for release requests and updates.
