Mr. Venkat Gadwala is the Director of Enterprise PMO Center of Excellence leading our Program and Project Management Services for Federal, State and Local Government customers. Mr. Venkat brings in 23 years of rich IT experience serving in multiple roles with progressively increasing responsibilities and scope. Mr. Venkat has successfully built and run Program Management Offices to help the organizations succeed on their mission critical complex projects. Mr. Venkat has complete understanding and command over all phases of Software Development Life Cycle of IT Systems, including Capital Planning, Project Planning, Change Management, Project Execution, Oversight and IT Operations.
