Therefore, the selected candidates will contribute specific technical and administrative expertise, under the direction of the New York City Department of Social Services (DSS) / Information Technology Services (ITS) staff, to various projects. ITS’s principal goal is to provide and continue to enhance the technology infrastructure and computer applications in place to support the present and future business requirements of all organizations within the Agency. ExpediteInfoTech provides AI-based software, process automation, cognitive insights, data analysis, communication (chatbot) systems, image recognition systems, and other products or services related to artificial intelligence.

The purpose of EPIC6 is to facilitate the procurement process between members (public school districts, charter schools, colleges, universities, cities, municipalities, counties, state agencies) and vendors through pre-negotiated agreements, thereby enabling members to receive better value.
